Routine appointments
To see a doctor or a nurse, you must make an appointment. This can be done in person at the Practice, or by telephoning  02392 377514 or 02392 389517 between 08.00 a.m. and 18.30 p.m.

Emergency and urgent appointments
Please make it clear to the us if your problem needs immediate attention and be prepared to give the receptionist a summary of the problem. If there are no appointments available, you will be still be seen by a doctor at the end of the surgery, but you may have to wait a little while. The doctor may not be the one you usually see.

Home visits
When patients are genuinely too ill or disabled to come to the surgery, they or their carers may request a home visit by telephoning the Practice as detailed above. The doctor may visit or offer advice by telephone. Please make any such requests as early as possible at least by 10.00 a.m.
This service must be used only where there is genuine need and we would ask all patients and their carers to consider making arrangements to attend the surgery wherever possible.
In some cases where there is a serious emergency such as suspected heart attack or injury, it may be more appropriate to dial 999 for an ambulance.

Book on the day appointments
Historically, the demand for doctor appointments is highest on Monday morning. The Practice limit the number of booked appointments available on Monday to cater for this demand. If you need to see a doctor on Monday, ring in the morning and you will be seen. Once again, if there are no appointments available, you may have to wait a little while.
